The terms and conditions stated herein (collectively, this “Agreement”) constitute a legal agreement between you and Lady Maidz. (dba Lady Maidz), or the appropriate entity (the “Company”). By using or receiving any services supplied to you by the Company (together with the website located athttps://www.ladymaidz.com, collectively, the “Service”), and downloading, installing or using any associated software supplied by the Company which purpose is to enable you to use the Service (collectively, the “Software”), you hereby expressly acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement, and any future amendments and additions to this Agreement as published from time to time at https://www.ladymaidz.com/terms or through the Service.

The Company reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of this Agreement or its policies relating to the Service or Software at any time, effective upon posting of an updated version of this Agreement on the Service or Software. You are responsible for regularly reviewing this Agreement. Continued use of the Service or Software after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes. Appointments: Due to the possibility of unexpected occurrences, we provide arrival estimates of 60 minutes. For example, if your cleaning is scheduled for 9AM, you should anticipate your housekeeping team arriving between 9-10AM, although they will strive to arrive the closest to the scheduled time as possible. We make every effort to have the same team in your home at every visit, but in case of emergency you would have the option of rescheduling with your regular team or having a replacement team instead.

Access and Lock-Outs: It is not necessary for you to be home during your cleaning, unless that is your preference. However, you also have the option to provide the office with a copy of your key, or to leave one for the cleaners on the premises. In such instances, your key will be carefully secured, and homes will be locked upon exiting. Due to our flexibility, please be advised that a $70 fee will be assessed if our housekeepers arrive for your scheduled cleaning and are unable to clean your home.

Payment Terms: Any fees which the Company may charge you for the Software or Service are due immediately upon completion of your cleaning and are non-refundable. This no refund policy shall apply at all times regardless of your decision to terminate your usage, the Company’s decision to terminate your usage, disruption caused to our Software or Service either planned, accidental or intentional, or any reason whatsoever. The Company reserves the right to determine final prevailing pricing – Please note the pricing information published on the website may not reflect the prevailing pricing.

The Company, at its sole discretion, make promotional offers with different features and different rates to any of our customers. These promotional offers, unless made to you, shall have no bearing whatsoever on your offer or contract. The Company may change the fees for our Service as we deem necessary for our business. We encourage you to check back at our website periodically if you are interested about how we charge for the Service.

Cancellations: Appointments cancelled within less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment will be subject to a $70 cancellation fee. Reminders: We give service reminder phone calls and emails as a courtesy to all new customers, and those who request it, a few days in advance of your scheduled cleaning.

Lifting: Please be advised, our housekeepers cannot use ladders or move anything heavier than 35lbs. If you would like us to clean behind large appliances, or pieces of furniture, please move it prior to the cleaning to allow access to the area.

Tips: Although it is not necessary to tip our housekeepers, it is encouraged and a great way to say, “Job well done!” Please let us know if you would like us to include any tips in your credit/debit card charges, and we will gladly pass them along to your team.

Referrals: A great deal of our time and resources are put into recruiting and checking the background and experience of our housekeepers. Part of our service agreement states you agree not to independently hire any past or present Lady Maidz housekeepers unless you pay our referral fee of $4,000. This amount is due in full immediately upon personal employment of the housekeeper(s), regardless of using them for a one-time or recurring service.
