Q: What does my cleaning include?

​​​​​​​All Lady Maidz Cleaning Professionals bring cleaning supplies and a vacuum to appointments. If you’d like your cleaners to use your own products, please add a note to your appointment with relevant instructions. 

Q: How do I schedule a cleaning?

​​​​​​​It’s really simple. Just click the BOOK NOW link above. No calling necessary, but we would still love to hear from you.

Q: Do you bring your own supplies?

Yes, our cleaners come prepared with all the necessary supplies and equipment to make your house shine. Do let them know when they arrive if you prefer that they use your own equipment instead.

Q: How can I pay?

We accept credit/debit cards! Worried about paying with a credit card? Booking through ladymaidz.com is safe and secure. You will not be charged until after your cleaning is complete.

Q: How quickly can I schedule a cleaning?

You can schedule a cleaning services as soon as 24 hours in advance. If you need a cleaning within an 12 hour window, please send us an email at hello@ladymaidz.com and we will get back to you within 2 hours.

Q: Can you clean when I am not at home?​​​​​​​
​​​​​​​
Yes. Just leave us a key to gain entry and we will take it from there! Please leave the key under your mat at the front door, and if you live in a building leave the key at the front desk. We will make sure to lock up and return the key to where we got it from once we are finished.

Q: What if I need to cancel my booking?​​​​​​​

Cancellations up to 48 hours before your appointment are fully refundable. Last-minute cancellations or customer not at home lead to unfillable time slots in your cleaner’s schedule, so cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment will be a $70 charge.
