How do I schedule a cleaning?

What does my cleaning include?

All Lady Maidz Cleaning Professionals bring cleaning supplies and a vacuum to appointments. If you’d like your cleaners to use your own products, please add a note to your appointment with relevant instructions.

How quickly can I schedule a cleaning?

You can schedule a cleaning services as soon as 12 hours in advance. If you need a cleaning within an 8 hour window, please give us a call at (408) 520-0442 or send us an email at hello@ladymaidz.com and we will get back to you within 2 hours.

How can I pay?

We accept credit/debit cards! Worried about paying with a credit card? Booking through ladymaidz.com is safe and secure. Our online payments are processed though a fully secure 256 bit protocol with extended validation SSL security. Although it is extremely unlikely, any unauthorized charges that are made to your card as a result of doing business with us will be fully refunded. You will not be charged until after your cleaning is complete.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes we do and they can be found HERE!

What does cost to clean my home?

It is our mission to make you happy, and part of that is charging you a fair price for the service provided.

What is your 100% guarantee?

If you are not completely satisfied with your cleaning, simply let us know within 48 hours and we will resend our team to touch up any areas that were missed at no cost to you.

Do you bring your own supplies?

Yes, our maids come prepared with all the necessary supplies and equipment to make your house shine. Do let them know when they arrive if you prefer that they use your own equipment instead.

If I book a recurring cleaning, will I get the same teams?

Yes, we have structured our scheduling to make sure you get the same cleaners every time.

What is a deep cleaning?

A deep cleaning is when your place needs extra work. If you have not had your house professionally cleaned in the last two months, it is best to get a deep clean to make sure your home will be looking great.

Hon long will my cleaning take?

The length of time we clean is based on the service you choose. We do at least 2 hours per appointment, and with extras we can spend up to 8 hours on your home! If you have any specific time constraints please let us know before your appointment.

Can you clean when I am not at home?

No you do not have to be home. Just leave us a key to gain entry and we will take it from there! Please leave the key under your mat at the front door, and if you live in a building leave the key at the front desk. We will make sure to lock up and return the key to where we got it from once we are finished.

What are your days and times of operation?

We work Monday – Saturday from 8:00AM to 6:00PM. Book with us any time and we will be there!

What if I need to cancel my booking?

Cancellations up to 24 hours before your appointment are fully refundable.
Last-minute cancellations or customer not at home lead to unfillable time slots in your cleaner’s schedule, so cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment will be a $70 charge.
